Meet Lyndan Anderson. Lyndan is taking on the role of Shane Garrish, the preppy senior interested in the new girl in town. He is furious when he finds out she has befriended Aster McGrath, the young man branded by the town of Bayville as a bad seed. Will Shane's instinct be to protect Susan Blackman from the son of a murderer? or will he cower down and leave her to fend for herself?

Lyndan is a voice actor, but he decided to step out of his comfort zone and take on the role of Shane.

Meet the actresses taking on two major roles in Wildflowers!

Lara Seidel will portray Sharon Blackman, mother of Susan Blackman, and Cathie Perez Reyes will portray Loretta McGrath, mother of Aster McGrath. 

Both of these ladies are extremely talented, and I'm looking forward to having the opportunity to watch them as they bring these characters to life. The roles of Sharon and Loretta are both pivotal to the development of the story. The casting of these two gorgeous ladies held a high priority for the film group. Finding the perfect matches was important, and I'm excited to say we found two amazing women to fill the roles.

Book Signing: Meet Aster and Susan!

A door to a wonderful opportunity has opened for me!I was invited to autograph books and speak at the Ina Thompson Moss Point Library in my hometown. It is where I had my very first book signing, so it means a lot to me. Not only will I be there with copies of my books available for purchase and autographs, but the two lead characters in the movie being made from my book Wildflowers will be in attendance as well. I'm so excited about the doors God has been opening for me. Save this date, come get a copy of the book being made into a movie right here on the Coast, and meet the two young actors bringing my two favorite characters to life.

Casting Wildflowers

I know it's been quite some time since I've been on here. I've had many things taking place in my life that have consumed my time. I'm sorry for neglecting my blog. 

One of those things taking place has been the casting of the movie Wildflowers! It has been a joy to watch my characters come to life before my very eyes. We haven't yet begun filming, but the scheduling for shoot dates is underway as I type. We just had our meet and greet with the cast this past Saturday, on March 5. There were a few cast members unable to make it to have their head shots taken, but our main characters made it out, and I cannot even begin to express my excitement!
